What is a Tag-Card?

As I visit blogs, I often read where others ask, "What do you do with tags?"
My answer to that question would be, "I make Tag-Cards".
A Tag-Card is made by attaching two tags together to create a card that opens.
(I usually attach mine at the top.)
The attached (or inside) tag is for writing a message to the recipient.
If you visit my blog or my Flickr Gallery, you know that I really ENJOY making Tag-Cards.

I'm playing along with the following challenges.
My personal All-Stars for stamping are:
-Clear Embossed Background Stamps on colored paper
-"Hugs" as a sentiment
-Hearts
I love the colors Paulina chose.  My time was 9:52.
I was inspired by the layout of this card by Sally Traidman.
I've used the small heart in the Sketchbook Letters stamp set.
(Thank you, Jayne, for this stamp set.)

Supplies
Stamps:  (Hero Arts)-Square Pattern, Tiny Ink Spots, Sketchbook Letters, XO
Ink:  VersaMark, Aquamarine
Dies:  (PTI)-Tag Sale #7, Tiny Tags
Other:  Clear Embossing Powder, Seam Binding, Hemp Cord, Gem, Foam Adhesive

Thanks for your visit!  Happy crafting!
